Refund Policy

Paddle.com Market Ltd is our merchant of record and the seller of record for every purchase made here. Refunds are issued by Paddle under the Paddle Buyer Terms. We can and do approve refund requests, but the payment itself is returned by Paddle.

Where consumer protection law gives you a right to cancel, that right applies whatever this page says. Paddle applies the following minimum windows from the date of purchase:

Where you hold rights beyond these — under local law or because we have offered more — the higher level applies. These are floors, not ceilings.

Technical delivery failure: full refund, always. If you paid and could not download the report, or the file we delivered was corrupt or incomplete, tell us and we will refund in full. We do not ask you to argue the point.

Material misdescription: full refund. If a report's scope, coverage period or methodology differs materially from what the product page described, the same applies.

Change of mind after download: assessed individually. Reports are research documents that cannot be returned once read, so we look at each request on its facts — whether the report was downloaded, when, and what you tell us. Paddle may also refund at its own discretion within 14 days of purchase.

We do not refund because a report's findings were unwelcome, or because a market moved after publication.

Email support@vnsir.com with the transaction reference from your Paddle receipt and a sentence on what went wrong. You can also request directly from Paddle using the link on that receipt.

We acknowledge requests within two business days. Approved refunds are returned by Paddle to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.

When a refund is issued, your licence to the report ends and access is withdrawn from your archive immediately. Any copy already downloaded must be deleted, and the terms against redistribution continue to apply to it.

Custom advisory engagements are not covered by this page. Cancellation, milestones and fees for commissioned research are set out in the engagement letter signed before work begins.
