Terms of Service

These terms are between you and CÔNG TY TNHH VNSIR (VNSIR COMPANY LIMITED), enterprise code 0319672542, registered at 98/54 Vạn Kiếp, Phường Gia Định, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh, Việt Nam, telephone 0907 781 789, trading as VNSIR. They govern your use of this site, our reports and our advisory work.

Your purchase contract is with Paddle, not with us. Paddle.com Market Ltd acts as our merchant of record and is the seller of record for every transaction. It handles payment, invoicing, sales tax and refunds under the Paddle Buyer Terms, which apply alongside these terms. Where the two conflict on anything to do with payment or refunds, Paddle's terms govern.

Access is granted to businesses. When you request an account you confirm you are acting for a business or profession and not as a consumer, and that the details you give us are accurate. We approve accounts manually and may decline without giving a reason.

Your sign-in link is personal to you. You are responsible for what happens under your account, and you must tell us promptly at support@vnsir.com if you believe someone else has used it.

Buying a report grants your organisation a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to read it, quote from it internally, and use its findings in your own decision-making.

You may:

— share the report with employees and contractors of the purchasing entity who need it for their work; and
— quote short extracts externally with clear attribution to VNSIR.

You may not:

— republish, resell, sublicense or distribute the report or substantial parts of it;
— share it with a parent, subsidiary or affiliate that did not buy it, or with clients; or
— use it to train a machine-learning model, or supply it to a third party to do so.

Every delivered PDF is individually watermarked with the buyer's email address and transaction reference. A copy found outside the licensed organisation is traceable to the account that downloaded it.

Reports, frameworks, methodology and visualisations remain our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership. The licence above is the whole of what you receive.

Reports are delivered digitally through your account archive, normally immediately after purchase. Where a report is prepared to order, we state the delivery window before you buy and confirm it in writing.

If we cannot deliver a report you have paid for, that is a technical delivery failure and you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

Commissioned research is governed by a separate written engagement letter setting out scope, fee, timetable and confidentiality. These terms apply to anything that letter does not cover. We treat non-public information you share during an engagement as confidential and use it only for that engagement.

Read this before you act on anything we publish. Our reports are market research. They are not investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or asset, and they are not an offer of any kind.

Our work rests on estimates, third-party data and modelled figures which carry error. Where a figure is modelled rather than observed, we say so in the report, and you should read the methodology before relying on it. Market conditions change after publication and we do not undertake to update a report once delivered.

Reports are provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for taking your own professional advice.

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or any indirect or consequential loss, however it arises.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the report or engagement giving rise to the claim, in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or close an account that redistributes reports in breach of the licence, attempts to circumvent access controls, or is used unlawfully. Where we close an account for breach, licences already granted end and no refund is due.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, and the competent courts of Ho Chi Minh City have jurisdiction. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Choosing Vietnamese law does not take away consumer protections that apply to you under the law of the country where you live. Where such a protection conflicts with these terms, that protection wins.
